Inprinta launches two new high-performance filters for the digital print industry

Inprinta, the inkjet filter division of Porvair Filtration Group, will be unveiling two new high-performance filters targeted for the digital printing market at FESPA 2017.

The company will be showcasing its latest filter advances at the world’s largest international wide format event, held from 8-12 May in Hamburg, Germany.

Inprinta’s newest addition is the Microprint™ II digital inkjet capsule filter which is built on the success of the original Microprint™ capsule.

The Microprint™ II capsule filter offers optimised cleanliness of inks, fluid system protection, absolute performance and options of media and connections to suit the end user’s specifications.

Inprinta – which has manufactured on an ISO-accredited site since 1989 – will also unveil the new Tekfil™ GV meltblown cartridge filter which complements the Inkjet division’s existing range of Tekfil™ meltblown absolute and nominal rated filters used in batch process digital ink manufacturing.

Tekfil™ GV is a classification filter suited for the removal of gels and deformable agglomerates and offers improved life-to-blockage performance.

Inprinta’s Nish Thakrar said: “The Inprinta portfolio of products is designed specifically for digital printing applications, and we’re delighted to be unveiling these fresh advances at FESPA 2017.

“Whether you’re a digital printing systems integrator of printers, a print head OEM, manufacturer of inks or substrates, Inprinta has proven capability to engineer bespoke or 'off the shelf' products to meet the filtration requirements of digital printing market architectures.

“We believe that the Microprint™ II digital inkjet capsule filter and Tekfil™ GV meltblown cartridge filters will significantly enhance our offering with their optimised performance and we look forward to sharing the benefits with FESPA delegates.

“All are invited to visit the Inprinta team of experienced engineers at FESPA on booth A1-A50, and whatever your quality or contamination inkjet printing demands, together we can explore a solution that exceeds your needs.”
